Custom Grinders: How It Works

From idea to order

1. Choose the image. Use a photo or artwork you want on the grinder. If your design includes words, check their spelling and keep them easy to read when the image is small.
2. Give the edges some room. Keep faces, names and other important details toward the center. A circular design area has no square corners, so avoid placing essential content right at the edge.
3. Choose and upload. Open the custom herb grinder, select the available color option, and upload one JPG or PNG file up to 10 MB. Check the selected filename and image before adding it to your cart.
4. Check your order. Review your selected option, quantity and shipping details at checkout. Need a preview or gift note? Email us promptly with your order number and request.

Think inside the circle

Before uploading, imagine your image inside a round frame. Keep the main subject clear and leave space around any lettering. These examples show the difference between a centered composition and important content pushed toward the edge.

Want to see a preview?

Previews are available on request. Email us promptly with your order number to ask for one before shipping. Otherwise, we use the image you upload as supplied. If we have a concern, such as how your image fits the circular area, we will contact you before shipping.

A personal gift, even when you order one

We use generic packaging with BHG as the sender and no prices inside. Gift notes are available on request: email your order number and the message as soon as you place the order.

For change-of-mind returns, personalized items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery when unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Our Refund Policy explains return postage and instructions. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us for help.
